1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 81bd9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 81bd9 website, mobile platform, and all associated products and services available at https://81bd9.io and its sub-domains.

Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 81bd9 immediately at [email protected]. 81bd9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 81bd9 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Withdrawable balances will be processed to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

4 KYC Verification

All players on the 81bd9 platform are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process prior to making their first withdrawal. 81bd9 may also request KYC documentation at any other time, including when a player's account activity triggers a review or when deposits exceed certain thresholds.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 81bd9 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after the twelve-month period, deducted from any available balance. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be automatically closed after the dormancy period.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

A bet is considered accepted and binding on 81bd9 once you have received a confirmation from the platform that your bet has been placed successfully. 81bd9 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including in circumstances where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where the event to which the bet relates has already commenced at the time of placement, or where the bet appears to be part of a coordinated pattern of suspicious wagering.

7.2 Odds and Results
